Pollster Scott Rasmussen of Rasmussen reports gave an interview to Newsmax, speaking about Romney, his flailing campaign, and the debate last night. Rasmussen says Romney didn’t have a strong enough debate performance last night to move the needle, and that if he loses his home state of Michigan, his campaign is in serious trouble.
“I think it all hinges on Michigan,” Rasmussen declared. “If Gov. Romney loses Michigan, his campaign is in serious trouble, and it’s partly because it’s his home state. That’s a little bit overrated. It’s partly because this is not a surprise.”
