High crimes and misdemeanors! Congressman Walter Jones is sort of the Ron Paul of North Carolina. He’s a Libertarian congressman who is registered as a Republican. Jones has introduced H.CON.RES.107.IH. This bill expresses the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution. Of course with Weeper Boehner as Speaker, don’t get your hopes up that this will actually go anywhere. Watch the following video for more information.
