After the shocking verdict finding Jose Zarate not guilty of murder or even manslaughter of Kate Steinle earlier tonight, progressive liberal Democrat scum are celebrating the verdict because Jose Zarate is an illegal alien and deported five times. Zarate also has seven felonies on his record in country that he shouldn’t even have been in the first place. Reports even had Jose Zarate, the murderer who got away with murder was seen laughing and smiling from ear to ear after the verdict was read. If you are stupid enough to believe the gun fired itself then ricocheted off the ground and killed Steinle, then you should move to San Francisco. California and especially San Francisco are a disgrace to the country. The jury just proved that tonight. San Francisco will never wash the blood off their hands of Kate Steinle, killed by a five time deported illegal alien.

It’s actually quite simple & non-partisan. Zarate found the gun and as he was picking it up, it fired off (not pointing at any person) but ricocheted off the ground to hit Steinle. This doesn’t fit any degree of murder. He is convicted of illegal possession of firearm.
