Trump to fire Mueller before Christmas?

Apparently there are rumors going around Capitol Hill that Trump is going to give a major speech next Friday (December 22) and announce in it that he is firing corrupt Comey lover Robert Mueller. I don’t buy it because Trump is giving Mueller enough rope to hang himself with all these revelations of conflicts of interests and corrupt Hillary Clinton team member sending out text messages about “insurance polices” against Trump. Still that is the rumor and we’ll have to wait until Friday to see if it’s in fact true. Trump should dump the snake Rod Rosenstein and lazy boy Jeff Sessions, not Mueller.

On Friday, Congresswoman Jackie Speier (D-CA) sat down with KQED Newsroom to lament the Republicans’ so-called effort to “shut down,” Capitol Hill’s Russia investigation.

“This week was a great example, three interviews simultaneously, one of the off the Hill with someone who comes to Washington frequently but wanted to do it now and so we were actually off the Hill doing the interview, had to race back to vote….this is a circus at this point,” added Speier.

Speier then went on to claim Presient Trump wants all Russia investigations to be “shut down.”

The California lawmaker then told KQED Newsroom that, “The rumor on the Hill when I left yesterday was that the president was going to make a significant speech at the end of next week. And on December 22nd, when we are out of D.C., he was going to fire…Robert Mueller.”

Mueller’s probe is facing extraordinary public relations headwinds following reports the special counsel’s office removed an FBI agent who expressed anti-Trump views.

This week, Fox News published a portion of the approximately 10,000 texts messages sent between FBI agent Peter Strzok and lawyer Lisa Page. Among the messages is an exchange revealing Strzok and Page discussed an ‘insurance policy,’ against a Trump presidency.
