Finally! After two months of dodging his various victims of sexual harassment and in some cases assault, Al Franken has officially resigned from the Senate. Good riddance to an unfunny clown. I’m sure Saturday Night Live is salivating at the thought of hiring Franken back.

There are also rumblings that Michele Bachmann may run for Franken’s Senate seat. Please don’t. There is no way in hell a liberal nut job state that has elected Al Franken and Jesse Ventura to state wide office would ever vote for Bachmann.
