Juan Williams: Trump gave patriotic USNA speech for approval ratings

Remember a few years back when NPR kicked Juan Williams to the curb after his “Muslim garb” crack that got him fired from NPR? So many conservatives rushed to the side of Juan Williams in order to defend his right to free speech. Williams hasn’t changed since being fired from NPR and I’m glad I’m one of those people who never felt any sympathy for Williams. He is still a progressive liberal clown and after statements like this on Fox News today, he’s still toxic. According to Williams, Trump only gave his speech to the US Navy today for ‘approval ratings’ or something.

Really Juan? Do you think speeches to graduating classes of our military really affect a president’s approval ratings? Are you really that stupid? I Know it’s a hard concept for Williams to grasp. Trump actually cares about the US Military, unlike his predecessor Hussein Obama. Of course, basically all liberal Democrats hold a hatred of the US military, so many Juan Williams isn’t being stupid. Maybe he’s just really this unpatriotic.

Fox News’ liberal commentator Juan Williams claimed on Friday that President Donald Trump gave a patriotic commencement speech to U.S. Naval Academy graduates because he wanted higher approval ratings.

Trump addressed the Naval cadets during their Friday graduation and asserted that he was going to put America first and touted his recent spending bill giving $700 billion to the military.
“You know a lot of people enjoyed this Juan — I hope you did too,” “The Five” cohost Kimberly Guilfoyle said.

“No,” Williams asserted. “Let me just say, this speech was about America first, it was wrapped in patriotism, he wrapped himself in the flag, he wrapped himself in the military…he wants them and their stamp of approval and their high approval ratings among the American people to transfer to him.”

“You think he is giving a rousing, patriotic speech to boost his approval ratings?” Jesse Watters asked.

“Yes,” Williams declared with enthusiasm.
