Is there something in the water in Charlotte? I mean, North Carolina is a great state and all, but with places like Charlotte, Asheville and Raleigh, it can easily become the east coast California or Minnesota very quickly… Seems like it’s happening after a thug, who happened to be black beat and paralyzed a 64 Navy veteran for no other reason than to just attack him… That thug got a whole 90 day sin jail for his beating that has left the veteran quadriplegic…
This comes on the heal of another thug, released from prison 15 times stabbed Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska to death.
