I’m not sure when this video was taken, as no one is wearing a mask, but it appears either Joe Biden needs help walking or is going blind. This video that will likely be scrubbed from social media shows what looks like a nurse, or a “personal assistant” helping senile Joe Biden walk out a building, guiding him on wear to go. It’s almost like Hillary Clinton’s van collapse on September 11, 2016.
