This kind of crap usually happens after a bad earthquake, or in Southern California, during strong Santa Ana Winds. But there was none of that in San Francisco, as the city just went dark, leaving over 100,000 people without power. It even knocked out power to the Golden Gate Bridge! Power is still not full restored at the time of this post.. This is what happens with communist policy.
