I guess Lexington, Minnesota doesn’t have enough Somali “refugees” to qualify for a new water plant… It would cost an estimated $10 million, but the state can’t afford it because of all the fraud that has gone to Somali fraudsters coached on by communist Democrats… Between the $110 million in daycare fraud and $9 billion in Somali charity fraud, its no wonder they can’t afford to help actual citizens.
