Fresh claims have surfaced about a Somali woman who gained national attention after alleging that immigration officials kidnapped her.
Nasra Ahmed, 23, was detained on January 14 in Minneapolis for ‘assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers or employees’ during an ICE operation, according to Attorney General Pam Bondi.
Ahmed said ICE agents shoved her to the ground during the ordeal, while spewing a racial slur.
But it has since been claimed that she launched an egg at one immigration officer and spat in another’s face.
The 23-year-old is accused of approaching officers during the operation and shouting ‘obscenities’ at them, according to the criminal complaint seen by the Daily Mail.
According to court documents, one officer saw Ahmed raise her arm and ‘make a throwing motion,’ later realizing she had thrown an egg that struck another agent’s leg.
ICE agents then moved to arrest Ahmed, who they say was ‘non-compliant’ and allegedly spat in one of their faces, according to the affidavit.
