Illegal alien Abdul Jalloh in Spanberger’s Virginia charged with second-degree murder

Spamberger’s Virignia is the home of yet another illegal alien killing of an American mother. His name is Abdul Jalloh, and he is charged with the second degree murder of Stephanie Minter who was only 41 years old.

Abdul Jalloh, a 32-year-old man from Sierra Leone, is the suspect in the fatal stabbing of Stephanie Minter, 41, at a bus stop in Hybla Valley, Fairfax County, Virginia, on February 23, 2026. He was arrested the following day, February 24, after being seen exiting a bus with Minter and later caught shoplifting at a liquor store in Woodlawn. Jalloh was charged with second-degree murder and petit larceny.

He has a lengthy criminal history, including over 30 prior arrests for violent and non-violent offenses such as rape, malicious wounding, assault, identity theft, pickpocketing, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Court records show he was previously convicted in February 2023 for malicious wounding after stabbing a 73-year-old man so severely the knife blade broke off. Despite multiple arrests and known risk to the community, many cases were dropped due to inability to locate victims, particularly those without fixed addresses.

Jalloh is an illegal immigrant who entered the U.S. in 2012 and has been under scrutiny by Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which criticized Virginia’s cooperation with ICE and urged state officials to assist in his deportation. The case has sparked political debate, with former officials blaming Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano and progressive policies for allowing Jalloh to remain free despite his history.

Jalloh is currently held without bond and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on May 13, 2026.
