Louisiana has two, black majority gerrymandered districts that prior to the Supreme Court ruling were mandatory… Not anymore… The May congressional primaries for Louisiana house seats has been postponed so that the state legislature can re-draw the maps, eliminating to two Democrat racial required districts and giving Republicans two more House seats…
