You need an ID to verify residency at Barack Obama’s Presidential library, but not to vote in Chicago

You know, I don’t really have a problem with Obama requiring ID to go into his shitshow library. I mean the foot traffic will be so low, you can probably just hire one person to check IDs everyday there..

What I do find odd, is why do you need an ID to get into the Obama library, but not to vote in Chicago?
