Jimmy Carter’s family has a long history of cancer. He lost both his parents to cancer, as well as two sisters and a brother. Bill Carter of Billy Beer and Jimmy’s brother died from cancer in 1988.
Jimmy Carter was president of the United States from 1977 until 1981 when Ronald Reagan beat him.
