Syed Rizwan Farook had a Twitter account. He created his Twitter account in 2013. Syed Rizwan Farook didn’t have any tweets in the account but followed some rather interesting individuals and organizations. He followed two CAIR accounts, the national CAIR propaganda account and the San Francisco based CAIR propaganda arm.
Syed Rizwan Farook also followed ‘Palestine’ and anti-Israeli twitter propaganda account that spews lies and hatred towards Israel and the Jewish people. He also followed several other Muslim only accounts.

His alias was @SyedFarook87. Oh and he also followed a San Francisco based Muslim who goes by the name Safeen. This douche is a well known hater of Jews and Christians who sends all day, everyday spewing crap about Judeo-Christian values.
Other than Syed Rizwan Farook’s follows, there isn’t anything else exciting on his Twitter account. Since this account was created in November of 2013, it’s not like a parody or hoax account. I don’t know how many Syed Rizwan Farook’s there are around the world that make Twitter accounts, but it’s pretty safe to at least assume this is the terrorist’s account.
