The Robertson family has finally released a statement about the brutal treatment A&E has given them after they fired Phil Robertson for daring to speak his mind about what he believes in. The Robertson family announced that they are in discussions with A&E about possibly taking Duck Dynasty off the network. They don’t want the show to go on without the patriarch at the helm. Maybe they can ditch A&E and get signed up with The Blaze or something.
“We have had a successful working relationship with A&E but, as a family, we cannot imagine the show going forward without our patriarch at the helm,” the Robertson family said in a prepared statement. “We are in discussions with A&E to see what that means for the future of Duck Dynasty.”
The family said it has “spent much time in prayer” since learning A&E had suspended Phil Robertson, the patriarch of the Louisiana family, over comments he made about homosexuality.

Personally, I hope the Robertson family does take the show off A&E and goes to a network who wouldn’t punish them because they have opinions that aren’t deemed politically correct. A&E will be the real losers however this turns out. The Robertson family has made enough money for themselves where they’ll never have to worry about money again. A&E is about the lose the highest cable rated show in American history.
