North Carolina speaker Thom Tillis is a Republican who will challenge far left progressive liberal Democrat Kay Hagan in the election for US Senate later this year (if he wins the GOP primary.) So how are Democrats attacking Tillis now that he’s running? Whine about his vote against a smoking ban in 2007 and 2009.

At least Thom Tillis understands the concept of private property rights, which is more than I can say for radical progressive liberals like Hagan. If this is all Democrats have to run on in North Carolina, then Kay Hagan will end up being this year’s Blanche Lincoln.
