I’ve got to admit, Cathy McMorris Rodgers GOP response to Obama’s State of the Union was a pleasant surprise. I’m not a big fan of her voting record, but she came off tonight as authentic, genuine and no gimmicks. I could have done without McMorris-Rodgers’ trying to briefly pitch amnesty, but otherwise, it was a great response.
