Remember that mysterious subpoena filed by Cuomo’s New York Labor Department demanding Project Veritas disclose three years of financial records? THat came shortly after The Don Cuomo declared conservatives are no longer welcome in New York. Well, the subpoena court date has been cancelled, and not rescheduled/ This like thart out of the blue it was cancelled with no explanation given.
Following our announcement that Governor Cuomo and the New York Labor Department were unfairly targeting James O’Keefe and Project Veritas, the subpoena court date to show up with a three years of financial records has been cancelled.
Last Monday morning staff at the NY Department of Labor called Project Veritas to inform us that the court date had been cancelled and provided no more information. No rescheduling has been requested.
Could this be a result of the media blowback at Governor Cuomo given his recent statement that conservatives don’t belong in New York?
