Reports of shots fired inside of Vista Apartment building in downtown Dallas. No injuries or fatalities reported. SWAT officers seen in the doorway and windows of shooting suspect apartment. This whole incident in the Vista Apartmet building started out as an eviction. These apartments are from some inner city ‘project’ they are luxury apartments.
