Dover Air Force Base in Delaware is one lockdown. Not because of a gun, but because of a ‘suspicious person.’ I don’t know if the suspicious person on the Dover Air Force Base that has caused the lockdown is the odd Woman dressed as Spiderman who robbed Royal Farms on West Lebanon Road in Dover.
