The top 10 states to do business in 2014 all have Republican governors. Seven of the ten worst states to do business in America are all controlled by Democrats. The worst three states, Illinois, New York and California are all left wing progressive cesspools. Two of the bottom 50 Republicans are run by northeastern RINOs, while the other is Michigan which needs no explanation.
