Charles Johnson reported yesterday that he has confirmed that Michael Brown had a juvenile arrest record involving second degree murder. Today, Johnson filed a FOIA request with the Missouri juvenile court system to get the arrest record. Johnson was denied, and is now asking for an attorney to help him get the records.

So what exactly is the Missouri juvenile system hiding on Michael Brown? I thought he was just an un-armed teenager who was a great student, and outstanding citizen in the community? If you deny the people’s right to know the truth, then you are hiding something. What’s up with that?
