Like Dubya or not, he predicted ISIS’ rise back in 2007 if troops were yanked out of Iraq too quickly. I was never a fan of Bush, and will NOT vote for his brother if he runs for president. Still, it’s kind of scary how Bush predicted exactly what ISIS is doing today, seven years later.
