The so called ‘ceasefire’ between the Ukrainians and Russians last about as long as Hamas and Israel cease fires last. Not even 24 hours into the cease fire, both Russia and Ukraine are claiming the other side violated the agreement. Shelling, gunfire can be heard near strategic port city of Mariupol.
