Amber Joy Vinson was taken by ambulance to a plane that will fly her to Emory University or Ebola treatment. She actually walked on to the plane which seems like good news. But who is the dope standing near Amber Joy Vinson wouldn’t any protection (ie: hazmat suit, gloves, etc). Is this yet another ‘breach of protocol’ or something? Look at this picture:
