Mission District police have been shot at near San Francisco. Valencia between 16/17th closed in front of #Mission station is closed. As usual, the media is telling two different stories. The San Francisco Gate and ABC for instance are calling this an ‘officer involved shooting.’

An assailant in the parking lot of the Mission District Police Station on Valencia pulled out a gun this evening and fired at police officers in the lot before being hit by police fire.
Hadley Robinson, a former editor of Mission Local, said she was 10 feet away on Valencia near the police station at around 5:25 p.m. when she heard police saying, “back up or put your hands up,” to a man who was in the parking lot with some officers.

The shooting at the SFPD occurred on Valencia between 16/17th. Just another day in progressive San Francisco.
The suspect’s race hasn’t been disclosed. The small description released so far of the Mission District police shooter is that he was an older man with graying hair. Probably some washed up Berkeley hippie trying to recreate the 1960’s.
Update: suspect was shot by cop, is dead. The suspect had a BB gun and is white, so you wouldn’t hear much more about this in the media. Don’t expect San Francisco to burn to the ground either. It was a 32-year old white liberal hippie who was just too chickenshit to commit suicide on his own. Now he can get people to blame the cops because he had a BB gun.
