What the Brandon Bostian Facebook doesn’t tell us is that he’s already lawyer-ed up. Bostian’s ‘attorney’ confirmed to ABC and other media outlets that Brandon Bostian was the engineer of Amtrak 188.
Nothing on Bostian’s Facebook mentions how ‘very distraught’ he is, but his attorney says he is really distraut. Dude was sure quick to lawyer-up though.
