Oops. Rick Perry has dropped out of the 2016 campaign and will not be in the CNN next week. Perry who in 2012 was seen early on as the man who could beat Mitt Romney flammed out in the debates. This year, his biggest claim to fame was getting into a back and forth with Donald Trump. Rick Perry has not said who he is endorsing yet. My guess, since he gave free instate Texas tuition to illegal aliens, is that Perry will either endorse Jeb Bush or Marco Rubio.
