A drunk driving woman has been arrested in connection with the deadly car crash at the OSU Homecoming parade in Stillwater Oklahoma. The name of the woman hasn’t been released to the public yet. So far there are three dead, seven critically injuries and eight or so other injured with non life-threatening wounds.
