After dictator Paul Ryan (who want’s to be called Paul D. Ryan) from now on laid out his terms to be Speaker, he Republicans bent over and agreed. The GOP conference emerged with Paul Ryan being the chosen one to replace the old, mentally unstable drunk John Boehner.
