Al-Mourabitoun a terrorist group with ties to al Qaeda and ISIS affiliated is claiming responsibility for the Mali terrorist attacks. At first, I would have figured this terrorist attack would have been conducted by Boko-Haram, but I was wrong. Al-Mourabitoun, a group based in northern Mali and made up mostly of Timbuktu, Kidal and Gao, Algerians and Tunisians. Al-Mourabitoun flag is the ISIS flag,
