Daquan Westbrook a black thug who started trouble at Northlake Mall was shot and killed by police earlier today in Charlotte. Just exactly who is this Daquan Westbrook and why am I labeling him a black thug? It’s not because he was some gangsta rapper who called himself Donkey Cartel. Quite simply, it’s because he was arrested at least 11 times since 2013. He even was charged in the shooter of a 12 year old boy in 2013. Daquan Westbrook aka Donkey Cartel also tweeted this in December of 2014:
