Donald Trump won U.S. territory Northern Mariana Islands caucus in rout taking all nine delegates. Trump won 72% of the vote. Second place was Ted Cruz at 24%. Is this a sign to come for tonight or an aberration? There were a total of 471 votes in the Northern Mariana Islands caucus.
