Mike Huckabee made one of the dumbest decisions possible. He gave up millions of dollars to host a one hour long show on Fox News over the weekends to run for president. Huckabee is yesterday’s news, and no one figured he’d have any kind of shot. Back when Huckabee announced the end of his weekend Fox News show, the candidates thought to have the best prospect at getting the GOP nomination were Jeb Bush and Scott Walker.

Now Fox is hiring back Mike Huckabee for whatever reason. But he wouldn’t get millions of dollars to host a lame talk show. Instead, he’ll just be a “Fox News Contribtor”. You know, kind of like Megan McCain?
Of course, I watch so little of Fox News today, I probably wouldn’t even notice Huckabee’s return. I guess this kind of eliminates any idea of Huckabee being Trump’s VP. Darn.
