Seems Timmah Kaine likes those special gifts, like former governor of Virginia. Must be a Virginia thing. Kaine, like McDonnell took $160,000+ in “gifts” from special interests. Only difference between Kaine and McDonnell is that Kaine was never indicted on federal corruption charges. McDonnell was charged for taking $130,000 in “gifts” and was charged. Kaine took more and got away with it.
