Hillary Clinton thinks everything is funny. She laughed when she got a rapist of a 12 year old girl off, and she laughed today after the joke of a press conference she gave about new e-mails found with Huma Weiner. Even Clinton News Network Jeff Zelany called it a ‘defiant” laugh.\
