Donna Brazile told Megyn Kelly she would not be prosecuted for feeding debate questions to Hillary Clinton during the primary against Bernie Sanders. In fact, Brazile even tweeted this last night:

Well, it’s over now dumb Donna Brazile as you have been forced to resign from the Clinton News Network for feeding questions to Hillary Clinton.
My question is, what the hell was Donna Brazile still doing on the CNN payroll once she took over as DNC Chair? Normally when politicians run for over, or hold office like Brazile, their contracts with TV networks become null and void. But not at the Clinton News Network apparently.
