Obama. He won the Nobel Peace Prize when he first took office. The left thought Obama would be such a peacenik that all the wars would stop, radical Islamic terrorists would suddenly stop killing innocents. Problem is, Obama is very much like the Islamic terrorists he claims are just lone wolves.
