When Hussein Obama was in charge, the Dow Jones hit major low in 2009. Then, Obama thought if he could artificially inflate the stock market by printing more money and keeping interest rates at basically zeros, it would look good all because of him. But it could never get over the 20,000 mark. That is, until today.
