There sure has been a lot of these lately. After this weekend in New Orleans, another driver rammed his SUV into a crowd at the Alabama Mardi Gras parade. Again, authorities and media were quick to point out this isn’t terrorism, just some drunk driver like what happened in New Orleans. It all still seems rather strange though, as this is the new tactic of terrorists around the world and it happened in Germany over the weekend.

A vehicle cannot "plow","drive","ram","crash". A person did this. Why no information about the driver?

As of now, the only information about the driver is that he is 73 years old. Typically, when terrorists ram their cars into people, they are much younger. In their 20s or 30s. So this might be just another coincidence of a drunk driver. Still, no name of the driver has been released yet.
The only good news here is this didn’t result in anyone’s death.
