The media called Khalid Masood a person of “Asian decent.” Then, the media gave the wrong name. Turns out the London terrorist was a Brit, and had a history of issues. The media wouldn’t be able to spin Khalid Masood as some sort of gentle giant either. Masood had previous convictions for assaults, including possession of offensive weapons and public order offences. Masood also has three kids.

Now back to the media. Khalid Masood was born in Kent. He was a British Muslim with no previous terrorist related convictions. So how exactly does this make him a person of “Asian decent?”
