Here’s another weird twist into the story of Al Franken groping Leeann Tweeden. Turns out that it was Owen Franken, brother of unfunny clown Al Franken who took the photo of his brother groping Leeann Tweeden’s breasts.
The USO says that the photographer who was taking pictures during the tour in which Sen. Franken was captured reaching out to grope a sleeping Leann Tweeden was Owen Franken – the senator's brother.
