The seat is a safe Democrat seat in one of the gerrymandered Latino barrios of Chicago. But why the sudden refusal to run for re-election by crazy Luis Gutierrez? Is there a sexual harassment scandal brewing involving him too?

I always thought Luis Gutierrez was gay or something and thought he was more interested in letting in more Democrat votes with open borders.
