Why the hell is Jeff Sessions still Attorney General?

After it was learned today that Trump’s phone calls with attorney Micheal Cohen were wiretapped by the government, it’s time to ask the question again. Why the hell is Jeff Sessions still the Attorney General? Mr. Magoo Sessions is by far the worst Attorney General in US history. Yes, he’s worse than Holder and Lynch because even though they are corrupt as can be, they did what they could do to make sure Obama was never wiredtapped. Instead, under Holder and Lynch, reporters like James Rosen were wiretapped. All Jeff Sessions can claim is that he is a crusader against pot, which will likely be legal in all fifty states within in the next five years. I am sick and tired of do-nothing Jeff Session and his goon Rod Rosenstein. It’s really getting old at this point how Trump doesn’t can Sessions and install someone who will actually do the work of the American people, instead of just sit there like a bump on a log. Sessions has done nothing about the leaks, about the lies under oath by James Comey and Clapper and wouldn’t allow the non-redacted texts of lovebirds Peter Strzok and Lisa Page to be viewed by Congress. What the hell are we paying Sessions for?

Leak after leak after anonymous comment to the media, all we hear about is “Trump doesn’t like this person” or “Trump wants to fire that person.” We’ve gotten comments on a lot of different members of the administration, including Jeff Sessions.

But, the talk about Trump being unhappy with Sessions has died down significantly in recent months. That’s… odd, considering Sessions is far and away the most useless Cabinet member Trump has.

On February 8, 2018, I wrote a piece called “President Trump, Fire Jeff Sessions And Start Over.” While I don’t actually expect the President to call me up and say “Joe, I’m intrigued. Tell me more,” I do believe that there has to be someone – anyone – in this administration who sees what is so obvious here.
