Looks like Infowars wasn’t the only target of Big Tech. After yesterday’s Jewish synagogue shooting in Pittsburgh, in which the anti-Trump, anti Semitic killed 11 people, PayPal and hosting company Joyent have blacklisted Gab, a social media alternative to Twitter. Both PayPal and Joyent are blaming Gab for the actions of Robert Bowers.

Gab isn’t Infowars. They don’t post wild conspiracy theories. They are a social media platform that allows users to interact just like Twitter. The difference between Gab and Twitter is that Gab promotes free speech, whicunfortunatelyey includes scum like Robert Bowers.
It looks like the book and movie 1984 is coming true before our very eyes. If you are going to ban social media networks simply because of user content, then how does Twitter continue when they allow anti-Semites like Louis Farrakhan to post his anti-Jew crap and call all Jews “termites?”
How does Facebook and Instagram continue to be allowed by Paypal and their hosts after killers like Nicolas Cruz post their crap before shooting up Parkland High School?
I haven’t used Gab much, but now (assuming they find a stable host), I will be using them much more than I use Twitter.
