Creepy Porn Lawyer Avenatti charged with aggravated identity theft

Is there anything slimebag Creepy Porn Lawyer Michael Avenatti didn’t do that’s illegal (allegedly?) Avenatti, who faces two arraignments as a defendant tomorrow. Avenatti, is scheduled to be arraigned on charges that he stole nearly $300,000 from adult film actress Stormy Daniels AND he will be arraigned on charges that he tried to extort up to $25 million from athletic apparel giant Nike by threatening to expose claims that the shoemaker paid off high school basketball players to steer them to Nike-sponsored colleges.

Little mentioned by the adoring media, Creepy Porn Lawyer was charged with one count of aggravated identity theft a few days ago too. Michael Avenatti, the scumbag attorney that CNN pimped out on a daily basis for months to bash Trump is accused of stealing someone’s identity. Imagine that. Stormy Daniels is not mentioned in the charge of aggravated identity theft, so the person who Avenatti allegedly stole the identity of is still publicly unknown. Avenatti was also charged with aggravated wire fraud.

Avenatti, 48, faces one count of wire fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft. He faces up to 22 years in prison if convicted of those charges. Daniels is not named in the indictment, but a federal law enforcement official confirmed to Fox News that she is the client prosecutors claimed Avenatti defrauded.

Avenatti rocketed to fame representing Daniels when she sued to be released from a non-disclosure agreement involving an alleged tryst with President Trump in 2006. He parlayed his notoriety into numerous cable news appearances and even was floated as a potential Democratic presidential candidate in 2020.
