Democrats are seeing the black vote slip away as they continue to favor illegal aliens over American citizens. So Pete Buttigieg and other communists are pandering to black women as best they can to try and save them from the slipping away black vote. According to Buttigieg, black WOMEN are the back bone of the Democrat party. Black men? I guess they are no longer needed and are considered irrelevant by the new socialist Democrats. I guess Buttigieg already proved that with the way he handled the shooting of a black man in South Bend.
