Uh oh. Those racist roots of Joe Biden are starting to show again. Tonight in Iowa, Biden implied that all non-white kids are poor. I guess Bden is really missing his days with Democrat KKK Grand Dragon Robert Byrd. Biden, speaking at the Asian & Latino Coalition PAC said the following:
